Tenancy Cleaning - Move In/Move Out
Rate : £7 per hour - (Minimum 3 hours per session)
If you are moving your home but do not have enough time to clean – we will assist you.
We can offer you a range of quality cleaning services. This service covers all typical estate agencies requirements.
KITCHEN
- Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, sink, taps, tiles, skirting and switches
- All cupboards inside and out including the top, and then polished
- Floor to be hoovered and washed
- All widows to be washed inside
BATHROOM
- Bath, de-scaled and sanitised
- Toilet, de-scaled and sanitised
- Basin, de-scaled; Taps - de-scaled
- Tiles, shower room, mirrors
- Floor to be hovered and washed
BEDROOOMS
- All furniture to be cleaned inside, outside and polished
- All floors to be hovered, all mirrors to be washed, all windows to be washed inside
- All doors to be cleaned and polished
- Wiping over skirting and light switches
- Please note that this service does not include carpet cleaning. If you want to have your carpet cleaned
